By accessing or using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the provisions set out below. These terms govern your use of jjvan as an information and guidance platform serving Pakistani users.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and jjvan ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operating the website accessible at https://jjvan.cam ("the Site"). jjvan is an English-language online betting and casino information platform serving Pakistani users across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and other cities throughout Pakistan.
jjvan operates as an information and guidance platform. We do not hold a Pakistan gambling licence and we do not represent that our services are approved, authorised or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) or any provincial authority. Users are responsible for understanding the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction before accessing or using this platform.
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context requires otherwise:
By accessing the Site, registering an Account or using any of the Services, you unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the jjvan Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
To register and maintain an Account on jjvan, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of any balance and permanent ban.
You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information at registration, including:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication (2FA) codes with any third party. jjvan will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
You should immediately notify jjvan support at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
jjvan operates mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) obligations. KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal, when your account balance exceeds applicable thresholds, or at any time at jjvan's sole discretion.
All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's designated secure verification portal (HTTPS). You must never transmit sensitive identity documents via WhatsApp, unverified email, or any third-party chat channel. Submitting altered, obscured or falsified documents is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure, fund forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities.
Deposits into your jjvan Account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where reasonably practicable, subject to transaction fees.
Payment method availability is determined by the operator's cashier at the time of your transaction. Familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced as contextual examples. Their inclusion in this document does not imply that those providers endorse or support gambling services. You must independently verify availability, transaction limits and compliance requirements with both the operator and your payment provider before transacting.
Minimum deposit thresholds are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Illustrative example: a minimum deposit of PKR 1,000 may apply depending on the selected method and active promotions. Actual minimums are subject to change without prior notice.
The Platform supports PKR-denominated accounts where the operator's cashier permits. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are determined by your payment provider and are not controlled by jjvan. You accept full responsibility for any foreign exchange costs incurred.
jjvan reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified against a registered payment method in the User's name, that appears to originate from prohibited funds, or that triggers an AML/CTF alert.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. jjvan does not guarantee any specific processing window; times depend on the withdrawal method selected, your KYC verification status, the operator's compliance review workflow and the payment provider's own processing schedule.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and promotional incentives ("Bonuses") are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, Bonuses must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted. Illustrative example: a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. Users who hold multiple accounts, use VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions, engage in matched-betting activity across multiple accounts, or abuse promotional terms in any manner may have their Bonus forfeited and their account suspended.
Bonuses that are not claimed, activated or fully wagered within the stated validity window will expire and be removed from the User's account balance without compensation. Specific expiry periods are stated in the relevant promotion terms.

All content on the jjvan Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall compilation of the Site ("Content"), is the property of jjvan or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit or otherwise exploit any Content without prior written authorisation from jjvan.
The jjvan name, logo and all associated marks are trademarks of the Platform. Use of these marks without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjvan, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
jjvan's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated, as stated in the Platform's licensing documentation. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country of residence.
Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that gambling may be restricted or prohibited under applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. It is each User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform complies with applicable local law. jjvan makes no representation that the Services are lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the relevant arbitral institution, as determined by the operator's licence jurisdiction.
